Mr Tea is a landmark figure of New Caledonia's electronic music scene and part of the Nice To Meet You crew. For his Mirror Groove Session, he delivers a groove-driven house mix laced with French touch textures, with a steady build that never lets the energy drop: one hour twenty-two on a wire, from first record to last.
The set was recorded live in front of the crowd, in one take, with the sound mixed straight from the board: what you hear is exactly what the dancefloor heard that night. That is what Mirror is: a monthly electronic music night in Nouméa where every set is filmed in multicam and released in full: house, deep house, techno, disco and French touch, from a tropical island in the Pacific.
